All online orders received by 1:00 p.m., PST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the next following Monday. (No shipping on weekend and Holiday).


All rates are calculated in real-time (by UPS, FedEx or USPS) on our site on the first page of check out process. If you have added items to your shopping cart you will also be able to see estimate shipping rates before proceeding to checkout.

We not only guarantee the quality of products, we also guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, be assured that, with your assistance, we will resolve the problem quickly and easily. We will promptly issue a refund, credit, or replacement - whichever you prefer. However, we do not refund any special order items or shipping charge.

All return items must be in original packages (un-opened) and there will be 10% charge for restocking merchandise.

To ensure that returns are handled quickly and effectively, please be prepared to provide the order number, invoice number, and a brief reason for the return. You must contact customer service to obtain Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning the items. DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS WITHOUT PRE-APPROVED. We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best effort, damage sometimes occurs during transit. If any of your items are damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.
